MOTIW system was created in 2001 by IT holding with several enterprises spread all over the town. These were separate companies with their own CEOs, work teams, client bases and allocated market segments. But still it was a single organization with unified goals and initiatives.
Presently MOTIWARE has a 50-person team and this number is constantly growing. The company has offices in several different cities and even different countries.
There are a lot of ways to solve the problem of communicating within such geographically distributed company. You can use different ways to organize collective work: brainstorming in a conference room, assigning tasks via e-mail, phone and even ICQ. All these things are not new; they have already been used and will be used in the future.
But sometimes you need something that was specially designed for solving business problems. MOTIW system was created to be exactly like this thing.
